What is Pangea Ocean Cleanup ($POC)?
Pangea is a Singaporean based organization founded in 2019 with a mission to clean the ocean and inspire a global ecological movement. Their token $POC is funding a sustainable circular model to combat ocean pollution using river barriers, tracking trash through the blockchain, and turning it into cash through generating carbon credits that can be sold, selling the recycled materials to manufacturers and and by making their own eco-friendly products. They are a member of the Climate Chain Coalition which seeks to further advance collaboration through blockchain to advance climate solutions and is supported by the World Bank and United Nations.

No Rugs
Risks in regard to “rug-pulls” or anything else is mitigated due to the fact that the liquidity pool is locked and every member of Pangea Ocean Cleanup would be subject to litigation and likely a swift prison sentence.
No Whales
The community launch began with our ~10,000 Pangea Movement backers who funded our cleanups. They were allowed to buy a maximum of $100 USD at launch price to prevent whales. No team tokens are reserved, all team members participate in the fair launch with everyone else.
